Orange City, IA – Quatro Composites is celebrating 10 years of innovation and service in the design and manufacturing of advanced composite structures.

Ten years ago, Tec Industries L.L.C., an Iowa based medical composite manufacturer, and Quatro Composites, a composite design and development company located in California, joined forces to create Quatro Composites L.L.C. Together the company rapidly acquired a list of impressive accomplishments including supplying primary structures and FAA certified product to leading aerospace companies. Quatro also supplies structural components for the new Boeing 787 Dreamliner and Gulfstream G450, G550 and G650 aircraft models.

Quatro Composites employs over 230 employees and has 110,000 sq. ft. of space used for innovation, manufacturing, distribution and corporate activities. The company has an Orange City, IA corporate facility, and also employees over 30 people in their Business Innovation Center in Poway, CA.

Quatro Composites engineers and fabricates advanced composite structures for the aerospace, medical and industrial markets. The company is registered to ISO9001:2008 and AS9100:2009 Approved and is NADCAP accredited for composites processing. Quatro offers a full line of services including design, analysis, laminate optimization, quick prototyping and qualified production of advanced composite structures. Additionally, Quatro specializes in the design of highly loaded brackets and fittings, as well as producing parts of complex geometries using processes such as bladder molding, compression molding, qualified autoclave and out-of-autoclave processing.
